The ITS MOSCAD Database Builder is a stand-alone application that uses windows standards to provide you with an interface to create or update exisiting InTouch applications with new site tags. Also providing a direct interface to InTouch's "dbLoad" application, it is the only interface you will ever need to the InTouch Tagname dictionary.
